Returns

Unused product in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, grinders that have been used cannot be returned for resale. If a used product has a manufacturing defect, contact us — defect claims are handled separately from returns.

Report damage in transit or a manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery, with photographs. Verified defects are replaced or refunded at Krush's discretion.

Email sales@prerollcones.ca with your order number and reason for return. We reply with a return authorisation and the correct return address.

Wholesale and private-label orders are governed by the terms of the individual trade agreement, not by this consumer returns policy.
