Order information (name, email, shipping and billing address, order contents), support correspondence, and — if you opt in — your email address for product updates.

Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's hosted checkout and are never stored on Krush systems.

Essential cookies keep your cart and age confirmation working. Optional analytics and marketing cookies help us understand how the site is used.

Analytics and advertising tags are only loaded after you accept optional cookies. Choosing “essential only” prevents them from loading at all.

To process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and — with consent — send product news.

We share data only with processors needed to run the store: payment providers, shipping carriers, email and analytics platforms. We do not sell personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing sales@prerollcones.ca. Requests are handled in line with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and, where relevant, the GDPR.

Order records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted.
